General Assembly: 22 September at EC-TEL 2011

We cordially invite all EATEL members to attend the upcoming EATEL General Assembly at the EC-TEL 2011 Conference in Palermo, Italy.
The EATEL General Assembly will take place on Thursday, 22 September at 18:00 at the ECTEL conference location, most likely in the “Sala Mare” conference room – immediately after the EC Keynote and before the Conference Dinner.
The preliminary agenda is as follows.
- Opening
- Report of the Board, including last year’s activities
- Report of the Special Interest Groups
- Board election: secretary and treasurer (*)
- EATEL processes for membership and SIG acceptance
- Organization of EC-TEL 2012 and ECTEL organization process
- Collaboration EATEL and TELEARC
- Any other business
(*) The positions of secretary (currently Eelco Herder) and treasurer (currently Fridolin Wild) will become vacant. Both Eelco and Fridolin are willing to continue serving EATEL in their current positions, but would welcome it if other people are willing to take over. Please send additional candidate nominations and indications of candidacy to Eelco Herder by Friday, 16 September.
