EATEL connects professionals in technology enhanced learning in research and industry. As an overarching independant body, EATEL facilitates continuous and rapid transfer of research results into deployment and helps to initiate collaborative partnerships.

EATEL mediates between competitors and engages in development, conversionm and adoption of standards.

EATEL provides infrastructure and testbeds, offers access to experimental technology, and serves as a technology observatory to spot emerging trends, to facilitate the development of core, as well as niche markets, and to identify competence gaps - to the benefit of society across corporate boundaries.
