We cordially invite all EATEL members to attend the upcoming EATEL Virtual Assembly, which will take place on Friday, 8 July 2011 at 14:00 CET. The preliminary agenda is as follows.

1. Opening
2. Report of the Board, including last year’s activities
3. Report of the Special Interest Groups
4. Acceptance of new Special Interest Groups
5. Organization of EC-TEL 2012
6. Board election: secretary and treasurer
7. Any other business

The Virtual Assembly will be held using the FlashMeeting videoconferencing tool.
